Raw Story has this, Censure motion introduced in House over Iraq, torture by Rep John Conyers for using lies and cherry-picked intelligence to coerce the nation into the war in Iraq.
The motion calls for the creation of a Select Committee to investigate the steps that BushCo took leading up to the attack on Iraq and removal of Saddam Hussein. The committee would also explore violations of internation law as pertaining to detainee abuse and torture of POWs (the White House's lame ass announcements to the contrary).
