Mosh The Vote

Eminem may be a little late to the party but he came packing some pretty heavy guns in his Mosh. Reviews say that it does in three minutes what Farhenheit 9/11 did in two hours. But I think its actually more than that. I think Eminem's tapped into the usually pretty docile and easy going masses who are finally just pretty damned fed up with the bullshit and the lies. Its also a good video as well as sending a clear message of how Mr. Mathers feels about President Bush, its not all that postive.

The result is Mosh The Vote: The Hoodie Army Will Not Back Down and yeah, its a little goofy with the hoodies and all. But its not goofy if it actually gets more people to take part in the election. And there is also the first number I've seen to call in case of election fraud and voter intimidation: 1-866-our-vote (687-8683). Think I might just program that into my cell phone right now, just in case.

And you've gotta give it to Eminem, he can put words together. "And as we proceed, to mosh through this desert storm, in these closing statements, if they should argue, let us beg to differ, as we set aside our differences, and assemble our own army, to disarm this weapon of mass destruction that we call our president, for the present, and mosh for the future of our next generation, to speak and be heard..."

More voting means more citizens taking part in the fundamental process of our government, electing our officials, however
