He has a novel idea (for Bush at least) demonstrate the problem and then try to garner support. He may have a problem demonstrating a problem though, since the people who know say there is no problem.
On a side note, expect Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist to be lame-ducked out of power right quickly for having the gall to publicly disagree with Shrubya.
