Governor Schwarzenegger is threatening to call a special election for his own special interests… that will cost California $70 million.
Why would Governor Meatmouth want to spend $70 million on a special election when he's already slashing budgets and stealing money from our school kids (like a bully with an Austrian accent and muscles out to here).
