And This is Constructive How?

GOP lawmakers repeatedly call liberals ‘anti-American’ on House floor.

I'd opine that its decidedly more anti-American to try and stifle all discussion and dissent at every turn as the GOP seems inclined to do.

I'd say that its far more anti-American to try and smear a sitting Senator running for higher office in the name of politics.

I'd say that its far more anti-American to pretend that we're just one big happy Christian nation when the reality is that we are a plurality of belief systems.

I'd say that its far more anti-American to work to remove freedoms, to censor discussion, to wiretap normal Americans without warrants, to engage in torture, to fire DA's because they wouldn't play ball with your administration, to try and pick up men in airport bathroom stalls and to eagerly pursue earmarks one week and then deny ever asking for or accepting earmarked funds once public perception turned.

I'd say that its far more anti-American to add nothing to the discussion save veiled and unveiled insults.

I'd say that its far more anti-American to say one thing and then do the exact opposite AND THEN have the audacity to claim that you didn't do it in the first place.

I'd say that its far more anti-American to not just allow but to help push the debate on American politics into trivialities because your party can't withstand scrutiny on the issues.

The ones crying "anti-American" at every turn are the ones being most at odds with the fundamental tenets of the United States of America.

Oh, and Michele Bachmann should truly just shut the hell up and work harder on keeping her eyes from popping out of her head. She puts the idiot in bimbo.
