Quick and Dirty Debate Wrap

Kerry won, Bush did better but still nearly lost control of himself. Kerry was on the attack and scored lots of very heavy blows early.

There are numerous soundbites and clips to be warped by both sides. Kerry's sputter as he tried to find the word, paralysis. Bush's near bitch slap of Charles Gibson and then the offer of wood. Lots of good stuff for both sides to amuse themselves with.

Its already starting to collect some on MeFi in addition to a healthy and fun comment fest during the debate.

Who won more undecided voters? Who knows? I don't understand how someone can be undecided at this point. It makes no sense to me and it actually kind of scares me to think that the vote lies in their wishy washy, can't make up their mind hands.

Nah, I like to think Kerry will win because of the new voter vote. Voter registrations are up everywhere. There's a huge demographic that isn't polled because they're mobile. And they're pissed because they are the ones being sent to war. Electoral-vote.com has adjusted their methods to be a wee bit more reflective of current electoral estimates. And, surprise, surprise, Kerry's got it by 40 votes.

Watch that map continue to shift. Bush is just about done. I've even read theories that the GOP is intentionally tanking because they think the Democrats can't repair the harm they've done to the country. Which is a really nice sentiment to think about a nation's "leaders".
