The Ohio Code is Atrios' quick take on how there is a mismatch in the reported numbers in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
Specifically, how the number of votes counted at the ward level and the number of votes counted at the township and municipality level (he explains that the wards are subunits).
If the difference between the two tallies is calculated then you end up with a strange and not bloody likely to be random pattern. Atrios goes on to say how he's just reloaded the page and the numbers have been changed to match up. Perhaps it was, as he adds later, just the addition of the absentee ballots but if that's the case then how did the number patterns emerge.
He is, as am I, asking for an explanation.
I guess that's how I'd explain it, Amelia.
