Calls on Kerry to "Unconcede": Send In Your Stories of Disenfranchisement

Excerpts from an email from Cheryl Guttman: Nov 9 Kerry's considering unconceding and having a recount. He has asked people to send firsthand experiences of disenfranchisement to his brother's law office and his office is eagerly counting calls that are encouraging him to unconcede and ask for a recount!
